'LEGS FOR DAYS'
12 Chair Dips
Scale dips to just put more weight in your feet and less in your arms by bending legs more.
Scale pistols to Cossack squats or reverse lunges
This is very challenging on the legs with a total of 70 pistols!
You must be confident in pistols to do this workout RX. If you are newer to pistols but would like to do them scale the number of reps down to something you can manage those whole 14EMOM.
A good ankle and hip warm up are essential before starting this WOD.
Try this warm up:
20sec 90/90 hip rotations
20sec bottom of squat hold
20sec air squats (heels down)
20sec ankle stretch with weight x3
