DB/KB AT HOME KIT:

Water bottle

Milk jug

Laundry jug

Back Pack

SCALE

Scale the reps on the burpees if needed but be sure to challenge yourself

COACHES TIP

EMOM RULE - Remember 45sec work/15sec rest

Hold on tight and get ready for this to be very challenging!

The snatches and burpees both need to be completed in the 1min window.

Pick a rep number for both that you know you can keep up with for the 12 mins. Good luck!
