Take DU to double taps OR 60 single skips per round

COACHES TIP

For the hang snatch you do not have to alternate like we do when taking the weight from the floor. Try and go 8 (L) and then 8 (R) and then straight into 14 Goblet Squats with the same weight. You could easily use a water/milk bottle for the snatches and a heavy back pack for the goblet squats.
