BUY IN - 100 Double Unders

4 Rounds For time:

15 KB Swings

10 KB OH lunges

BUY OUT - 100 Double Unders

KIT NEEDED 

1 x KB

Skipping rope 

AT HOME KIT:

Water bottle

Milk jug

Back Pack

SCALE

Double unders 75/50 reps or 200 single skips

Take the OH out of the lunges and just hold in goblet position.

Scale KB swings to Russian (take only to eye level not overhead)

COACHES TIP

Even if you are still not that confident with DU yet, give this high volume a go! If 100 is still too much, take it down to 75 or 50 reps but make it challenging.

You should not be spending any longer than 2mins on each set of the DU. If you have or are recovering from a shoulder injury, take OH out of the lunges and take the KB swings to Russian swings (eye level).
