5 times CrossFit Regionals athlete Elliot Simmonds is a formidable force in the sport of fitness. Having earned a medal placing 3rd in the 2016 CrossFit Games Team Event as part of Team CrossFit Yas, Elliot returned to the Reebok CrossFit Games for a 2nd time as an Elite Individual Male in 2018.
Showing tremendous improvement year on year, Elliot ended the 2019 season as the UK National Champion, placing 19th in the world in his category. In addition to training full time, Elliot is Head Coach at CrossFit Yas.
