OUR ONLINE BUSINESS

We would like to share with you the actions we are taking for our online business in light of the current situation. Ensuring the health and safety of our customers and our staff is our top priority, so alongside the closure of our store and gym in the UK, we have introduced various measures for our online business.

UK DELIVERY

All of our deliveries within the UK are via Royal Mail who are experiencing some delays in their services. This is due to adhering to best practices in the workplace and ensuring the safety of all staff. As a result, processing time is longer than expected and tracking information can be impacted. Nonetheless, your order will be processed and delivered to you but may take longer than usual. 

NON-UK DELIVERY

Our courier companies are all modifying their delivery processes to guarantee safe delivery. Delivery is still possible across all of the UK and most of Europe, currently minus some regions in Italy. Delivery across the US and Rest of the World is still operating in full but with potentially longer delivery times. 

WAREHOUSE

We work with a third party fulfilment company and ensuring their staff safety is as much of a priority as our own. We have made a number of changes, including adapting the rota to ensure there is a maximum quota of staff on at any one time so that they can work at a safe distance from one another, introduced hand sanitizer on all workstations and provided the necessary PPE to handle packages, introduced a daily deep clean of all work surfaces and removed any contact with delivery drivers.

RETURNS

We are processing returns as normal, however some courier companies have closed their parcel hubs which will restrict "click and drop" returns and it is likely they will have to be picked up directly or delivered via national postal service hubs. This may result in a slightly longer returns process, so we have extended our returns period to 45 days.
