HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT PRODUCT FOR ME?
At WIT Fitness we pride ourselves on helping our customers find the best product, if you are unsure about a product choice or need some advice you can speak to a member of staff on Live Chat on the website, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or alternatively you can visit us in one of our stores.
WHEN IS LIVE CHAT AVAILABLE?
Live Chat is available on a weekday during the hours of 10:00 - 16:00. It can be accessed by the green icon in the bottom right of your screen.
DO YOU HAVE SIZE GUIDES?
Yes size guides can be found along with product information once you have selected to view an item.
WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING TIMES?
MONDAY - FRIDAY: 10.00am - 8.00pm
SATURDAY: 10.00am - 6.00pm
SUNDAY: 11.00am - 5.00pm
HOW LONG WILL MY UK DELIVERY TAKE?
3-5 working days
WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION FOR MY TRANSACTION?
Yes once you have submitted your order we will send a confirmation email.
WHAT IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Please email us with the following details: your name, delivery address and items ordered stating you have not received a confirmation email. We will then look into this matter for you. Alternatively, you can speak to us on Live Chat.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
If you wish to cancel an order please email or speak to us on Live Chat as soon as possible, if your order has already been dispatched you will need to follow our returns procedure.
