GENERAL

HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT PRODUCT FOR ME?

At WIT Fitness we pride ourselves on helping our customers find the best product, if you are unsure about a product choice or need some advice you can speak to a member of staff on Live Chat on the website, email us at info@wit-fitness.com or alternatively you can visit us in one of our stores.

WHAT ARE YOUR STORE OPENING TIMES?

Our store is open every day! Monday to Friday between 10am and 8pm, and then 10am to 6pm Saturdays and 10am to 5pm on Sundays!

WHEN IS LIVE CHAT AVAILABLE?

Our Live Chat feature is active Monday - Friday 10am to 4pm! 

If for some reason we are super busy, this feature will simply read ‘SUPPORT’. In that instance, feel free to ping us a message over at WIT FITNESS’ Facebook page and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can!

DO YOU HAVE SIZE GUIDES?

We try to include a size chart on every product we stock! You can find ‘SIZE CHART’ on items that include them right above the ‘ADD TO CART’ button!

If an item does not have a Size Chart, our team will be able to help you at info@wit-fitness.com !

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK PRODUCTS?

We try to restock as often as we can! If an item is currently out of stock, select ‘NOTIFY ME WHEN BACK IN STOCK’ (on your laptop/desktop) and you will be the first to know if and when we restock that specific product!

We stock Nobull for example whenever we can, but please note stock will sell out very quickly!

We are very proud to represent some of the fittest women and men on earth and will approach Athlete’s we are interested in ourselves. 

Shipping & Delivery

HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?

All orders are dispatched within one working day from receipt of your order. 

All next day and 48-hour delivery orders received by 3pm are dispatched the same working day where possible. 

Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched the soonest working day thereafter (Monday 7am).

Orders placed on a Friday after 3pm will be dispatched at the latest by the following Monday, though we will endeavour to have them dispatched on the Friday itself.

Please note:

Times specified exclude weekends and bank holidays. Certain international orders may be subject to delays at destination-country customs. These delays are, unfortunately, out of our control. Items purchased together with pre-sale items will only be dispatched when ALL items are available for delivery.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

The moment your order has been fulfilled (shipped), you will receive a shipping confirmation with the relevant tracking information.

I NEED TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS!

In this instance, please urgently email info@wit-fitness.com with the subject ‘URGENT ORDER CHANGE’.

Please note, during busy launches and sales, we receive an influx of contact via email and cannot always get to yours in time to amend shipping information!

Please always double check your orders!

WHY HASN'T MY ORDER BEEN FULFILLED?

There are a number of reasons an order has not yet been fulfilled as you expected. 


If you have ordered a pre-order purchase with other items, these will not be sent until the whole order is ready!If you have ordered one item and for some reason the item is out of stock, we will email you immediately. This will leave your order ‘unfulfilled’If you have ordered past 3pm on Friday, or on the weekend, your order will not be fulfilled until the next available working day (even when Next Day delivery is paid for).

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We ship worldwide! 

To find out your shipping cost, please enter your shipping address at checkout and postage options will show for your location!

WHY HAS MY TRACKING FROZEN?

No need to panic! As a company that ships internationally, if your tracking freezes for a number of working days, it usually means the item is currently being held at customs!

The moment the item has been accepted into the destination country your tracking will update and a ‘Continue Tracking’ option will become available.

OVER 25 DAYS AND MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED

Please get in touch with us at info@wit-fitness.com so we can go about arranging a claim against your local postal service and get an immediate exchange order sorted for you!

WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?

For UK and standard international orders we use Royal Mail! Any international express orders will be fulfilled using DHL.

For international orders, Royal Mail will hand your order over to your local postal services, tracking will then continue on the relevant service’s site!

Returns & Refunds

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND?

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your WIT Fitness purchase, you can return the item(s) for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase provided that ALL items have their original tags attached to them.

To return or exchange an item purchased through our online store, the customer must go to our returns portal via the link below.

CAN I GET AN EXCHANGE?

Of course you can! Providing the stock is available, when filling out your above return form, please specify clearly your choice of exchange using UK or US sizing in shoes, and size in apparel!

IT'S OVER 30 DAYS, CAN I STILL RETURN?

Please email us at info@wit-fitness.com - This is unlikely, but always worth checking with our team just in case!

I'VE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM, DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN?

Ah no! So sorry to hear you’ve received a faulty product. 


In this instance, please urgently email us at info@wit-fitness.com attaching pictures of the fault along with your Order Number, this will help us quickly resolve a free exchange/refund for you of your choosing!

RETURN FROM AN EVENT?

Unfortunately as logistically it’s very difficult to keep track of the volume of orders at events, in the instance you need to return an order from an event; we can only offer store credit and cannot offer a refund or exchange.

I WANT TO CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER

In this instance, please urgently email info@wit-fitness.com with the subject ‘URGENT ORDER CHANGE’.

Please note we are unable to amend or change the sizes of an order, but we can cancel if we get to your email in time!

Please also note, that during busy launches and sales, we receive an influx of contact via email and cannot always get to yours in time to change or cancel!

Please always double check your orders!

YOU HAVE SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM

Ah no! So sorry to hear you’ve received the incorrect product. 

In this instance, please urgently email us at info@wit-fitness.com attaching pictures of the incorrect item you’ve received (of the item and the barcode attached to the item) along with your Order Number, this will help us quickly resolve a free exchange/refund for you of your choosing!

MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED RANDOMLY?!

We have a very good security system in place on our online store! Sometimes TOO good.

If for some reason your order is automatically flagged as fraudulent on our store, the order will read as automatically cancelled and the funds will not be returned to you until ID + Proof of Shipping Address is provided to us at info@wit-fitness.com 

Please contact us as soon as you think this has happened to you!

Payment, Promotions & Gift Cards

HOW DO I USE MY GIFT CARD?

We have Gift Cards both in store and online!

For online gift cards, please simply search ‘Gift Cards’ in the search bar at the top of our website. To redeem a gift card online, simply enter the code at checkout. 

In-store gift cards are for in-store use only (but can be changed to online codes if prefered).

WHAT IS KLARNA?

Klarna helps customers ‘try before you buy’ with Pay Later options!

Pay later gives you 30 days to pay once your order has been shipped.
