AT HOME KIT:

Water bottle Milk jug Laundry jug Back Pack

SCALE

Use 2 DB if you have them, if not use 1 or any object you have.

Take DU to double taps OR 40 single skips

COACHES TIP

If you are doing this with 1 weight but would still like to make it pretty challenging, do the amount of reps for each arm.

Small reps of DU are a great way to get some solid practice in.

Just remember its 200 total so warm up those calves before starting.

Warm up:

20 sec Jumping Jacks

20 sec Downward Dog Heel Raises

20 sec Mountain Climbers 

20 sec Single Skips x3
