AT WHATEVER IT TAKES, WE HAVE A 30 DAY RETURNS POLICY.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Whatever it Takes purchase, you can return the item(s) for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.
All returns should be in 'as new condition' both unwashed and unworn.
Items purchased from one of our London stores must be returned to the original store of purchase with the accompanying receipt. Should the customer be unable to return the item(s) in person, they may make their return via post in return for store credit. We are unable to issue a refund for items purchased in store, and returned via post.
To return or exchange an item purchased through our online store, the customer must contact our customer service team at email@example.com with their order number and exchange or return request before sending the item(s) to this address.
Please note that 5-10 working days are required to process refunds/exchanges.
The customer will be notified via email once their refund/change has taken place.
Should you believe an item purchased from Whatever it Takes to be faulty, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org
Items deemed to be truthfully faulty by our team will be fully refunded, or a replacement will be offered where available. Items deemed not to be faulty will be returned to the customer.
