What's happening guys! Faisal here, back again, this time with a 20 minute full body HIIT Session! You know the deal, we're going to work for 1 minute and then rest for 1 minute with some new movements that you may not have done before!

Make sure you're warmed up before hand and mentally prepared to give it your all and earn each 1 minute rest!
