'PLUNGE' 

8 MINUTE AMRAP

8 DB Clusters

12 DB FR marching

15 Jump Over DB

 

KIT NEEDED 

1 x DB or KB

AT HOME KIT:

Water bottle

Milk jug

Back Pack

SCALE

Take the squat out of the cluster and make it power clean push press.

Go body weight lunges if necessary.

Let's try and push hard in these 8mins today!

We would like to see the clusters unbroken each round and change the marching to lunges if you are up for more of a challenge.

Be sure to keep the tension in the bottom of the cluster and lunge.
